I'm guessing you're a smart woman.
You know yourself well enough to know that something has to change. Something more than yoga. Or a diet. It's not another hobby, or a dog or a course. I expect that you've tried journalling, and maybe had some therapy. But here we are. I appreciate you finding you way here, at whatever time this is, you've taken this time to look for a different way forward.
You feel like you've lost track of yourself - maybe a you that was brave, or playful or something else that you can't quite name, but you can feel it's missing. She's not gone.

Now, post-kids and rolling into perimenopause, you've realised that life's to fucking short to live like this.

Things are passing you by. You're a bit distanced from it all and kind of going through the motions. Lacklustre. Getting through it. Being 'fine.' But frankly you're starting to feel pretty pissed off with it all. Including yourself in some moments.
Life’s transitions, whether hormonal, emotional, or identity-shifts, can leave you tired, uncertain and heading towards burnout.

You aren't that girl any more. And you might even start to see some of the ways of being, doing, coping and persevering that have got you to today. No judgement - you're here.

If that's a bit vague, that's OK. We can work that out. Sessions always start with you finding a question, a starting point from which we will navigate. I'll help you notice what's happening in your body, so you can reconnect with your inner self. Some of it's so simple, it's annoying that it's sometimes so out of reach. But it's like tuning a radio in (yeah, we're that old) through the white noise of the universe, there will be a clear voice.
Maybe it's better relationships.

Coaching with me is a deeply personal, trauma-informed journey that supports you to:

You will need to practice
Max 15mins a day, but you'll need to build habits (like duolingo but without the annoying owl).

I think more embodiment will be the best way of navigating the weird bit of capitalism we're living through right now. It's stuff you just can't buy, but that we can develop and share and experience.
