• Your changing body

You were never meant to stay the same.

But leaning into the natural physcial shifts in a culture that doesn't recognise this, whilst juggling all the things and carrying so much on your own is difficult.

Develop awareness, improve function and learn how to let go of stress.

  • Do any (or all) of these sound familiar?

    • feeling disconnected with your body
    • knee pain
    • lower back pain
    • sneeze wees
    • jaw tension
    • foot or ankle pain
    • stress
    • trouble sleeping

Those physical symptoms are closely linked to life

When you're feeling out of sorts, in pain and caught in a loop of tension, it's not unusual to feel...

    - touched-out and less engaged in intimacy

    - snappy with loved ones when you get home, after keeping on top of syptoms all day

    - tired. Physically drained, emotionally frazzled and tired of this shit.

There's got to be more to life...

The good news is that through developing awareness, shifting habits and working with your body and your nervous system it's possible to reduce all of these symptoms.

Maybe you've given up a little?

If you're one of the many women I speak to who've been told that they should get on with doing squeezes to fix their pelvic symptoms - even though they have tried that already and it's not worked. Or if you've been told that you don't need surgery 'yet' - grab a cup of tea, settle in and have a listen to this. Or book in with me for a free 15 min call to see if this could be a good approach for you.

  • You haven't failed.

You've been let down by a system that doesn't consider whole-self health - especially not for women.

Your pelvic floor is part of you and your life.

You need an individual approach that reflects you, your lifestyle and nervous system.

  • FRom FML to Functional movement for LIFE

This approach doesn't expect you to add hours a week of 'exercise' to your already massive to-do list.

It helps you layer more beneficial movement into your life.

Small breaks, little changes that give your mind and body the space it needs to re-align, rest and recalibrate.

Something more maneagable for busy women who hold a lot.

  • how does this work?

    1

    Your first session

Starting with a longer initial session to get to know you, your life and start to sense what's going on for you.

You'll decide here on a format for future sessions.

    2

    Future sessions

Depending on how much support you need / life plans sessions are normally between 2 and 4 weeks apart. Depending on changes & progress we'll gradually adapt and change your movement breaks to support you.

    3

    How long does this take?

It depends... there are 2 options available - one for pre-hab or newer symptoms (5 sessions) and the other is a rolling monthly option, which is ideal if you have longer-term issues and would like the time, space and support to embed change.

Some people start to see changes start to happen within the first couple of sessions. However, this is not a quick-fix approach, it's more about sustained and sustainable choices.
